SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products.

 

However, even after several quality checks, it is possible that you may receive items that are defective due to manufacturing errors, packaging errors or mishandling by courier partners.

 

If for any reason, your product arrives damaged, please send us a photograph within 48 hours to enable us to take action with our logistics provider. 

We deliver to every pin code within India. Shipping time depends on the availability of the product. Our products are shipped out from our manufacturing units and warehouses across India, so delivery time varies according to the products ordered. 

Your products in one order may arrive in different packages.

Please allow up to 5-7 days for delivery within India for made on demand products.

If you wish to cancel an order that you no longer want to receive, please write to us at hello@thehappyquokka.com for cancellation request if your order has not yet shipped.

If you wish to cancel a custom or personalised order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing the order, beyond which we cannot offer a full refund. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to return the product.

 

Many of our products are made exclusively for you as soon as you place an order, which is why we have a strict no refund policy on such products, except in case of damaged or defective goods or wrong order received. 

 

Please review product details carefully before ordering to know if your product is made on demand and if it qualifies for returns or exchanges. 

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, damages in transit, or wrong product received.

 

If you notice any damage on package while receiving from courier, kindly mention the damage in the remarks while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service. 

 

Please unbox the package carefully. If the package is damaged while opening, for instance, with scissors or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible unless we receive a video of the unpacking or images of the courier cover. 

We do not accept returns for issues related to fitting, so please review the size chart carefully before ordering. 

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 

To initiate a return, please write to us at hello@thehappyquokka.com within 2 days of delivery

Please include your order number along with pictures of damaged/defective products as well as unboxing video and pictures of the original packaging to help us take action.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We provide full refund for the criteria below

  • The products you received do not match your order.

  • Received defective products.

  • Products damaged during transit.

  • Shipment lost during transit.

 

In case of above, returns shipping charge will be borne by us.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Replacements

In case you wish to replace your order, ensure the products for return are in original unused condition in its package. We will send out the replacement once we inspect the returned product.

Returning Shipping

Once your return is approved, We check with our delivery partner for reverse pick-up. If possible, we will arrange a return pick-up. If your pin code is not serviceable for a return pick-up, you’ll need to return the product to us at your own expense.

Return shipping charges of Rs.100 are applicable for all returns.


 

 

Offers and Promotions

If you return a product purchased using a free shipping coupon or any other offers, the offer discount will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All apparels are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why they are ineligible for returns. 


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards or international shipping.
