    We currently ship to 29,000 serviceable pin codes in India. If you want to place an international order or if your pin code is currently not serviceable, please write to us at and we will send you a quotation for custom shipping solutions to your pin code.
  • Is COD available ?
    Cash on Delivery is not currently available, but we are working on it.
  • My payment has been debited but my order has not been confirmed
    If your account has been debited and your order has not gone through, your payment would be reversed automatically to the payment method used. If for any reason, this does not reflect within 24 hours, Please mail us at
  • I want to cancel an order I just placed
    The Happy Quokka knows that the best of us can make mistakes. If you accidentally placed an order than you no longer want to receive, Please write to for cancellation request if your order has not yet been shipped.
  • How do you pack orders ?
    We use utmost care in packing your order by using recycled paper and recyclable plastics in all our packaging materials to ensure that our products reach you undamaged and our environment stays undamaged as they reach you.
